Forest Gate
This is an extensive regeneration PFI project covering much of the London Borough of Newham's Forest Gate residential portfolio. Mainlyi refurbishments and retrofits to improve the esates condition and provide sustainable solutions. The work is being carried out on both period and modern properties.
