The re-development of this site adjacent to Syon Park and north of the newly constructed West Middlesex Hospital provides 280 residential units across all tenures of housing including key workers, intermediate rent, affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale. The design concepts have entailed extensive consultation with the local authority, CABE and HCA.
