Chadwell House
Full architectural design and employer's agents services were provided for this new-build 60-bed residential care home incorporating mainstream residential and dementia care and 20-place day care facilities. The scheme was part of a major refurbishment and new build programme to redevelop all of London & Quadrant’s 400 bedroom care facilities.
