Richmond Care Homes
Working in partnership with the council and private care provider, we explored the current and future options available for the council's existing stock of care facilities. We designed and built a series of care homes of around 50-100 beds each with challenges included mature trees, conservation areas and tight sites. Created for the enjoyment of the residents - they provide communal and private areas with sensory gardens.

Our approach to the provision of on-site nursing care is to break down the notion of 'institution' and create a personal environment for residents, which is also practical for carers.
