This exciting scheme was developed, in close discussions with the Southwark Planning Department, as a landmark development in Peckham, to provide 204 beds within clusters and 96 self contained studios for keyworkers. Off-site manufacturing components were made and bespoke systems provided to be taken through other parts of the client's portfolio to enable cost savings. Life cycle cost reviews were key to the success.
