The scheme involved the development of 122 flats, maisonettes and houses affordable for rent, shared equity and outright sale, as well as 3,210 m2 of commercial space.
Hunters were involved with the negotiation of the contract conditions and costs between Family Mosaic and the contractors, Mount Anvil Plc.
In addition to the above, Hunters also prepared Employers Requirements and assisted with various assessments to ensure that the scheme will complied with the Registered Social Landlords requirements.
The scheme completed in late 2008.
