On the outskirts of London's 2012 Olympic stadium, this S106 development of affordable housing sits within a larger private development on the outskirts of the Olympic stadium. Communal biomass boiler provides heating and hot water to each of the homes and is designed to achieve Level 3 Code for Sustainable Homes.
