Vale Street Wins Again

The EA teamsÂ’ outstanding Vale Street development in London won another award last night in the First Time Buyers ReadersÂ’ Awards 2010.
Part of a shortlist in the ‘Most Eco Aware’ category of four projects Vale Street beat its opposition by popular choice. The development was the first in London to receive Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 and continues to play a major part in influencing newer schemes. Toby Jay, Associate Director commented ‘ we were really pleased to have achieved level 4, and now we are celebrating another major award win for the scheme. We believe it pushed the boundaries in urban-eco design and construction.’
