Hunters Part of Biggest Stock Rationalisation Ever

Hunters Portfolio Consultancy team are working on one of the largest stock rationalisation deals ever seen.
The Home Group, which owns 52,000 properties, will be disposing of around 10% of its portfolio with Hunters handling the surveys for the first phase of around 2,000 units.
Hunters have the short timescale of just one month to complete surveys of all the properties and to upload the findings to the agents handling the sale of the properties. Hunters were chosen for their ability to meet a demanding timescale at a competitive cost.
