Our Building Consultancy team have just won a massive project of 40 tower blocks, and a mix of other homes, working with Mulalley contractors to improve living conditions for the tenants of client, Island Homes.
There are about 4000 units of various architectural styles and ages which are being renovated as part of the Decent Homes programme. Hunters are undertaking validation surveys to assess the extent of external works, including communal areas, that are necessary. We have also been involved in ascertaining the structural integrity of the roof structures to ensure that our proposed new roof coverings are capable of being accommodated.
